5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-day risk-free trial.

If you're not satisfied with your Swello comforter, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy and must be returned in appropriate original or equivalent packaging.

6. Warranty

Swello products are covered against eligible manufacturing defects in accordance with the warranty terms applicable to the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing or drying, accidents, alterations, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@swellosleep.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

7. Gift Packaging

We currently do not guarantee official gift packaging.

If you would like your order prepared as a gift, feel free to contact us after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request when possible.
